Andrew
Roblin & the Pocono Mountain Men

"Ever heard
of the Manitoba Sound? It's the mix of bluegrass and folk played by Andrew
Roblin." -Judy Collins
Andrew Roblin may be the only musician who gets audiences to grunt, yodel
and strut. He gives more than 200 shows a year, sings and plays five
instruments: banjo, mandolin, jaw harp, guitar and hammered dulcimer.
Roblin's music has been heard worldwide. In 1981, his song "Foolproof" was
performed on "Hee Haw." In May 1997, he earned the rank of
#1 Canadian folk musician, receiving more US folk radio airplay that
month than Joni Mitchell, Anne Murray and Gordon Lightfoot. Along with
his original songs, Roblin performs music of the Beach Boys, Elvis Presley
and Flatt & Scruggs. Roblin's gift for getting adults and children
to cut loose and have fun makes each of his shows a delight.
